How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
International shipping & handling charges are as follows:
Canada: $20 flat fee. Orders over $250 will receive complimentary shipping.
All other countries: $35 flat fee. Orders over $250 will receive complimentary shipping.
We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other miscellaneous
charges. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these
additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
When will my order be delivered?
The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Processing times may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, and promotions. Once shipped, standard delivery time within the United States is approximately 3-6 business days and 10-21 business days internationally.
How do I check my order status?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, you will receive another email with your tracking information.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Please inspect your package and contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the package to notify us if something was broken or missing. After the 24-hour time frame, requests are no longer eligible for review.
Do you accept returns?
We gladly accept returns for qualifying products within 14 days from the delivery date. Please note:
- Only products purchased on ziavicbeauty.com may be returned for a refund.
- We cannot accept empty jars, nearly empty jars, or jars whose contents have been tampered with.
- Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.
- If your package is marked as delivered, but you are unable to locate it, we cannot refund the order amount.
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs. We recommend that you send your items back with a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost packages.
